Hello @bklady58, and welcome to the AT&T Community Forums!
I am sorry you were not able to find the store locations via the search bar at att.com.
This is the direct link you are looking for: http://www.att.com/StoreLocator
The difference between an AT&T Corporate Owned Retail Store, and an AT&T Authorized Retailer is that the later is a privately own store that is authorized by AT&T to sell our products & services.

However, most of your account activity can be performed directly from your smarphone, tablet or computer.
Would you mind sharing what would you like to achieve? I can help you with that!

You don't need a corportate store, or any store at all to swap your SIM cards. The S3, S4, and S5 all use a microsim card.
And ATT will not move your information. They can only move your contacts by cable.
Start with the phone no one is using, download and use samsung smart switch to move all data. Then factory reset and move information with smart switch on the next target phone.

Holding an MBA Degree, one considers oneself as a "pretty sophisticated businesswoman of substance," and my early minutes were very illusionary as to the total dysfunction and, even indifference of AT&T to basic respect for their customers/consumers.
Yes, there should be a SIGNIFICANT VARIANCE OF PERFORMANCE over all parameters of "customer relations" between "Corporate AT&T Stores" and "Authorized Retail Stores," in my experience the latter, a TOTAL DISASTER, and apparently no functions to ensure "oversight" and "ethical and professional" practices. A phone effort, formerlyCustomer Sales & Support, is no longer in service; another effort introduced a "male robot' inviting his capacity to comprehend "complete sentences."
What should have been a basic professional response as to a "portal" change from one incredibly inept
provider to AT&T was derailed by a totally incompetent employeeat an "AT&T authorized Retail Store." in Huntington Beach. The extent of complexity took me through all corridors of AT&T, serial "specialties" of some very courteous and professional people who expressed empathy. After now five days, I have no phone, the "portal" was obviously "slippery" and my phone operationallows only outgoing calls, not incoming calls, with the perversity of a "voice mail reception" to announce "that no phone calls were welcome?"
AT&T manifests an "operational manifesto" of arrogant indifference to those who have bought their product and the same "clerk" informed that to return their useless "Wireless Phone" would engender $40 for "restocking?"

@NozhatYou can not conduct business at a corporate ATT office, you need to go to an ATT company owned store, which you can find here:https://www.att.com/stores/. Rather than going to a store, you might have better luck sending a private message to@ATTMobilityCare.
