If you wish to participate in or view court proceedings, please click on the link below for the appropriate courtroom. You can only join when the court is in session.
The first time you join a court proceeding, you will be prompted to download the appropriate software from WebEx (or prompted to download the appropriate IOS or Android app if you are using a tablet or phone). WebEx may require you to identify yourself and to provide a valid email address if participating by video conference.Use only your real name and email address to create your WebEx account.When using a mobile application, you may be required to manually type in the meeting number and meeting password to join the court session. The Benton Franklin Counties Superior Court does not have any control over the information WebEx requires in order to appear or view court proceedings via the WebEx platform. Similar to a person physically going to the courthouse and looking inside the courtroom to identify what matters are before the court, you will need to click on the link to “look inside” the courtroom to determine what matter is being presented in a courtroom at any given time.
The Court does not have staff to assist litigants and/or attorneys with connecting to the courtrooms using WebEx videoconferencing or telephone. Please use WebEx Audio Troubleshooting to assist you with any WebEx connection issues. Please review WebEx instructions the day before your scheduled hearing. If you continue to have issues connecting or navigating WebEx videoconferencing or telephone, you will need to attend in person.

CONNECTING WITH THE COURTROOMS VIA WEBEX
Attorneys and litigants can connect to the courtrooms by videoconferencing or by telephone. All telephone calls to the courtrooms will be processed through WebEx.
Attorneys and litigants wishing to videoconference should click on the appropriate link below at the beginning of the court session. Those wishing to appear telephonically should call the telephone numbers below at the beginning of the court session, enter the appropriate Meeting Number and Meeting Password. You will be connected to the courtroom through WebEx.

NOTE: All participants should mute their devices upon joining and will not be allowed to speak unless prompted by the court. Members of the public are welcome to view court proceedings but are not allowed to participate in the proceedings. The court can and will remove a person from the “courtroom” if they are disruptive. A person who is disruptive could be subject to sanctions by the court just as if the person was physically in the courtroom.
