“My experience began as a snob who has, previously, only had work done in beverly hills. I grew up hearing so many horror stories that I felt that only surgeons in Cali could get the job done and right! After seeing an advertisem*nt about Sono Bello- I decided to go in for the free consultation to see what they could offer me. This is where my journey with SB began. First and foremost, Maggie, our consultation specialist, was amazing. She had a genuine interest in what I had to say and made me feel like a person vs. a number. She was warm, attentive, and inviting. She listened and offered candid and honest feedback about what Sono Bello could do for me to help achieve my goals. Because of her warm and welcoming approach I decided to move forward with the recommended procedures. This is when Dr. Prat comes in. Dr. Prat first did a high level consultation and nailed it. He was down to earth but commanding and you could just tell with his first glance at me that he knew exactly what was needed to achieve my life long goals of having more uniformity to my body shape. In fact, he even recommended how to refine a previous procedure I had done in Beverly Hills (who I previously thought was the best). In the days leading up to surgery the office was fantastic about answering my last minute questions and put me at ease. The day of the procedure, Dr. Prat had the best bedside manner. He asked me what my favorite music was, began numbing me up, and we spent the next few hours playing "name that tune" while he performed the procedure with me wide awake, but no pain! I am almost 2 weeks out of surgery and and already so pleased with my results. Dr. Prat, Maggie, and the rest of the SB staff have made me feel like a part of their family and I look forward to continuing to see my results. I am thrilled and relieved to say that Dr. Prat will be my surgeon of choice going forward! You are in good hands.”

Andrea was super responsive to any and all questions (even after the initial in-office consultation). I can’t remember the name of my nurse the day of the procedure, but she was phenomenal and caring. And I just can’t say enough about. Dr. Crawford. He is very honest regarding expectations and he has the best bedside manner. If you start this process with realistic expectations and you listen to the Doctor’s advice and instructions, you will love the result. I feel like it was well worth the cost and time.”
